Retirement planning can be complicated. Figuring out how much to save, which UPS 401(k) Plan funds to invest in, and how much money you’ll need in the future is no easy task.

That’s why the 401(k) Plan offers professional investment advisory services from Voya Retirement Advisors (VRA), powered by Financial Engines.

		Online Advice: a "do-it-yourself" resource for UPSers who want to actively manage their own savings and investing decisions. It is accessed through the Plan website and is available at no additional cost to you.
		Professional Management: a "do-it-for-me" fee–based program designed for UPSers who want to partner with a professional VRA Investment Advisor Representative for ongoing 401(k) Plan account management. An advisor will work with you to create and implement a personalized plan, then monitor and manage the plan for you. Professional Management fees² are based on a percentage of your account balance and charged monthly.

Want to meet with a VRA Investment Advisor Representative?

Complimentary one-on-one sessions will be held on May 2-4, 2017. You must register in advance. Sessions are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Your current 401(k) Plan savings and investing strategy will be reviewed during your session. VRA will help you explore changes to your strategy and factor in any outside retirement accounts.

If onsite sessions are full, please call 800-541-6154 and ask to speak with a VRA Investment Advisor Representative between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday.
